Pricing 
Unless otherwise stated, all of the products mentioned on the website will be sold at 
MRP. Prices will be charged on the date of delivery at the rates stated at the time of 
buying it. When the order is delivered, no additional fees will be taken or refunded, as 
necessary, if the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery. 
Cancellation by Site / Customer 
If you are not home when your basket is delivered, it will be placed with the person you 
specify (such as a neighbor or security guard). Customercare 
support@vedhafarms.com is our email address. By speaking with our customer service 
team or writing to us, you, the consumer, may cancel your order on the same day. In this 
case, we’ll return any money you have already paid for the order

1. Vedha Healthy Farms an integrated organic agriculture product & service provider, in 
which consumers agree to purchase farm products from our group of 
farmers/suppliers/franchise/agents which are registered with Vedha Healthy Farms.  
2. Vedha Healthy Farms consumers understand that agriculture has its inherent risks 
and uncertainties that are related to the changing climate, water availability, labor 
availability and incidence of pests and diseases, and therefore, the quantity, quality, 
and consistency of supply of the farm produce cannot be guaranteed. 
3. Vedha Healthy Farms verifies and ascertains the authenticity of the farm produce and 
other products supplied by farmers/suppliers/franchise/agents. 
4. Vedha Healthy Farms, within its capacity as a protocol conducts routine quality 
control checks in order to ensure that the farmers who supply to Vedha Healthy Farms 
are using organic farming practices. 
5. Consumers who wish to be part of Vedha Healthy Farms can register online 
at (website link) Wherein they will receive organic fruits & vegetables, organic exotic 
vegetables, organic grocery, organic home care products, organic snacks, organic 
instant food products, and bakery & cookies. Also register with our Andriod App & IOS 
App. 
Products/Service 
Some goods or services might only be available online on the website. These goods or 
services could be in short supply and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance 
with our Returns and Refunds Policy. 
We have done all in our power to ensure that the colors and photos of our products that 
show on the Website are as exact as possible. The accuracy of any color displayed on 
your computer monitor cannot be verified by us. 
Payment Facility 
You acknowledge that we will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims, losses 
resulting from or suffered on account of not processing a transaction/ transaction 
amount or any delay in processing a transaction/ transaction amount which is beyond 
our control. 
The Website permits payment via various modes, including virtual payment wallets and 
online payments through debit/credit cards and internet banking. 
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be 
responsible for or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage
