invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product.
• Resolution: We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and
work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

provide full assistance thereafter.
In Case of Missing Product:
• Notification: Inform Vedha Healthy Farms of any missing products within 5 days
from the delivery date via email to support@vedhafarms.com.
• Required Information: Include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer
box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
• Resolution: While we do not accept refund requests for missing products, we will
promptly re-send the missing item.
• Response Time: Expect a response from our team within 24-48 hours, followed
by full assistance.
In Case of Spoiled Product:
• Notification: Notify Vedha Healthy Farms of any spoiled products within 10 days
from the delivery date via email to support@vedhafarms.com.
• Required Information: Provide the order number, date of packaging/ date of
manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
• Resolution: We do not accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or
aroma, as our products are completely natural. However, we will investigate and
work with you to find an amicable solution.
• Replacement: If necessary, the product will be replaced after due investigation
and diligence.
• Response Time: Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and
provide full assistance thereafter.
